Located at the eastern end of the “Silicon Beach” area just Northeast of LAX, this office complex was modified to remove closed-off interior offices, moving to open office plans for tech headquarters, as well as incubator spaces.

The courtyard has a beautiful cement fountain from the 1970s, but was surrounded by uneven layers of cement, pathways and turf that made it difficult to traverse and not accessible for disabled patrons.  The new scheme blends in with the old, offers much needed shade and seating, and provides 100% accessibility via new ramps, paving and hardscape.

Courtyard amenities include hammocks, putting greens, outdoor chess, ping pong, regulation bocce court, shaded dining areas and WiFi throughout.

There is a dedicated area for rotating food trucks to service the complex.
